By accessing or using the Turn Two application (“Turn Two,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the application. These Terms apply to all users of the Turn Two platform, including visitors, registered users, and account holders.
Description of the Service
Turn Two is a web-based team planning and game management application designed to help coaches and organizers manage rosters, lineups, positions, and game-day planning for baseball and softball teams. The service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only and does not guarantee any specific outcomes related to team performance or compliance with league rules.
User Accounts
To access certain features of Turn Two, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Turn Two only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use the application in a way that interferes with its normal operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Turn Two, such as team names, player information, and lineup data. By using the service, you grant Turn Two a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Turn Two may integrate with or rely on third-party services, such as authentication providers or hosting platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and Turn Two is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party providers.

Turn Two is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turn Two shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the application. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, to use Turn Two.
Termination
